Amsterdam: It will be amazing!

Hello people!


My boyfriend and I decided a few months ago what we are going to do this summer.
It will be my last summer holidays in college, so we decided to make a great history of that.
We chose Amsterdam. The city of liberties. But seriously, Amsterdam is more than weeds and prostitution. It is a city full of culture and diversity.


This week we finally have our trip ready. We received the flight tickets and the hotel reservation on despegar.cl. They have very convenient promotions if you buy a "package"
We are going to stay in a hotel called "The Neighbour's Magnolia" and it is right next to the Vondelpark, the largest park in Amsterdam.

It will be a 33 hour trip. Our first destination is Miami. There we have a 12-hour scale, so we are thinking of going to the beach before boarding the next flight.

After that, the plane makes a stop again in London and in 6 hours late we plan to visit the Big Ben on a lightning trip. We are very excited about that!

We do not have a plan with schedules to do, but we are looking information about the museums and places we can visit. We have contemplated the Van Gogh museum, the museum of prostitution, the Rijksmuseum, some art gallery that we have not yet defined, the Vondelpark, the red-light district of the street, the market and obviously the coffeeshops.


We have also been thinking about taking a day trip to Bruges, in Belgium, near Amsterdam, to buy the best chocolates of all time. I can not wait to be there, it will be amazing!

Sherlock and Gary

The last year the mom of my boyfriend give us a little en black dog. Nobody could stay with him but after so many conversation we decide to keep it and we called Sherlock, like Sherlock Holmes.  In that time Sherlock was a little dog. My mom has another dog called Luna that was a poodle toy and Sherlock was the same height. But with the time he grew up to a middle height. He is the most beautiful and kindly dog but he makes many disasters. Also, I have a bunny to. I bought it two years ago and his name is Gary, because I bought one day after Chile was Champion. Gary is a fat rabbit and, with luck, he go outside his house to the garden and jump an hours.  Sherlock and Gary are enemies. That it’s a reason for Gary go outside just in the nights.   Anyway, I love Sherlock, Gary and Lunita. They confort me when Im sad and they shining my days. Some days I just need a lick of theirs and feel the energy that they transmit me.

My future job?

Actually I’m studying journalism, although I don’t like it so much. However… the journalism has a variety of approaches, from journalism in media, television, radio, newspaper, until consultancy. Personally, I find myself working in some non-traditional media. I do not like big companies because I think the information they deliver was manipulated by media owners. I imagine working on a community radio and doing audiovisual work for an organization. I certainly would not want to be locked in office writing. The advantage you have is the journalist who is always moving, in search of the news. One of the things I like is a radio work and leave a report of the important guidelines of the day, and if it gets to focus on the audiovisual, the possibility of going out to record on the streets. I would love the trips to relate to my work. Being able to travel and once earning money is something that at least I want to do once in a lifetime. I believe that traveling will mix the area ...

My English Experience

Hi for the last time. Today im going to speak about mi experience with english in college. I think my experience in this university has been precarious. It’s not about the teachers, but there is a lot of people and time is not enough for each one. Also there is too many classes in the career and it makes english less priority. I had classes in Tronwell Institute before and the frequency of classes and the concern of teachers helped me a lot. But like everything, without practice you start to forget things. I think blogs are helping me. I mean, I had to understand what are my classmates talking about to write a coherent commentary. And writing my owns blogs makes me to write better. But my ideas are not in english, I think in spanish and translate and it’s not the right way. I forget about conjugations and verbal tense. And my tongue get dizzy when I speak in english for the same reason. It’s very difficult to me. I watch movies with original audio and listen to...
